Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations. Same day cancellations and/or missed appointment fees start at $50 and are based on the length of the appointment.

Send a message through the Patient Portal. To sign into your account on the Patient Portal, visit dpns.ema.md.
Please note that the Surgical Center operates under a separate cancellation policy.

To avoid cancellation fees, please cancel by 10 am one business day prior for non-surgical appointments and 10 am two business days prior for surgical appointments.
