Shannon Marie Bell, BSN, RN, CANS, is the Center for Aesthetics Director, Registered Nurse and CANS Certified Nurse Specialist who has dedicated her career to innovation, research, and teaching in nonsurgical aesthetics for over two decades.
She is a sought after speaker at national aesthetic meetings and for local and national media. She is a Master Injector for Allergan, the makers of Botox Cosmetic.
Shannon is trusted and loved by her patients with whom her first goal is to build a rapport and create an individualized treatment plan for a natural, safe outcome to meet your aesthetic goals.
Tatyana Vayner, LE, is a Licensed Medical Esthetician & Laser Specialist. After spending many years in the beauty industry, Tatyana’s passion grew into skincare and medical aesthetics. Her own experience with post-pregnancy skin challenges fueled Tatyana’s desire to help others reach and maintain their skincare goals. She is a graduate of the International Skin Beauty Academy and CoolSculpting University. Her passion is continuing education and learning the latest in treatments and technology so she can provide her patients with the best reverse-aging skin care. Tatyana is HALO, HERO, and Sofwave certified and has advanced training in Aesthetic Sciences, including laser light and energy-based technologies, with over 15 years of experience in the industry. She uses a comprehensive approach to help patients achieve their skin and aesthetic goals. Tatyana works with each patient to create an easy-to-follow, customized skin care routine that can be done at home to enhance their in-office treatments. Her first goal is to build a rapport and create an individualized treatment plan for each of her patients based on transparency and trust.
Maya Rakhman, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is an aesthetic practitioner born and raised in Northbrook, IL, whose passion for aesthetics and caring for people has driven her professional journey. She earned her nursing degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago as an Honors College graduate and began her career at NorthShore University HealthSystem, working as a bedside nurse in a medical/surgical unit. With a strong passion for aesthetics and artistry in medicine, Maya underwent extensive training under a renowned plastic surgeon for three years, gaining expertise in advanced techniques for cosmetic injectables and skin rejuvenation. To further expand her knowledge and skills, she earned her Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner, combining her clinical foundation with a dedication to delivering natural, patient-centered results. Maya is committed to empowering her clients, injecting confidence, one syringe at a time.
As a dedicated medical esthetician with five years of experience, Kitty Shipp, LE specializes in advanced skincare treatments, including laser therapy, dermaplaning, and chemical peels. Her passion for skin health drives her to stay current with the latest techniques and innovations in the industry. Kitty takes pride in delivering personalized treatments that enhance her clients’ confidence and natural beauty, always striving for the best possible results.
