Josie Driscoll, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. Josie received her Bachelor of Science in microbiology at the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana in 1999. She is a 2003 graduate from Midwestern University’s Physician Assistant Master’s program. Josie has worked in several entities of healthcare, but found her passion in dermatology where she has specialized as a PA since 2007.  Josie joined the D.P.N.S. Surgical Center in 2017.

 

She is qualified to perform a comprehensive dermatological examination to detect skin cancers. She is skilled and experienced at performing basic and intermediate surgical procedures. Josie is also proficient in a variety of lasers and specializes in the Vbeam (vascular laser) and CORE (resurfacing laser). Additionally, she performs cosmetic injections including Botox and dermal fillers. Josie enjoys building positive relationships with her patients and takes the time to explain complex treatments to patients and their families. Josie is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
